Welcome to Ben Porat Yosef Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)! We are the connecting thread that brings together parents, faculty, and staff into a tight-knit family, all centered around the well-being and growth of our BPY Family!

The resources raised through the PTO are allocated toward procuring essential items and facilitating improvements within the school environment, be it enhancements to our materials or the development of our facilities, including spaces like the school auditorium and playground.

Embracing the spirit of chessed (acts of kindness), our PTO embarks on various projects throughout the year that engage entire families. These undertakings not only reflect BPY’s core values but also provide families with a distinctive avenue to actively participate and contribute.

By fostering chessed initiatives and hosting PTO-sponsored events tailored for both children and parents, enduring friendships are formed that span across different grades and even hometowns. We wholeheartedly encourage every parent to become part of this journey in any capacity. Volunteers are always welcomed and deeply valued! Some of the exciting projects we initiate and coordinate encompass new family pairings, parent nights out, well-being-focused gatherings, our much-anticipated annual pre-Thanksgiving bake sale, Chanukah surprises for our dedicated faculty and staff, the lively annual Early Childhood Havdalah pajama party, the cherished Purim mishloach manot, and our culminating end-of-year teacher appreciation dinner.
