Challah Recipe and Instructions 
Medium Water Challah Recipe:(Makes 2 medium/large Challahs - No Bracha required) 
 Yeast Mixture:1 ⅔ cups of Warm Water
 1 TBSP Sugar 
2 TBSP Dry Yeast 

Dough:
 ⅓ Cup Canola Oil 
½ Cup Sugar
 4 ½ cups high gluten (or bread) flour
 2 TSP Salt1 Egg for egg wash

Large Water Challah Recipe:(Makes 6 medium/large Challahs - Bracha Required) 
Yeast Mixture: 
1 Cup of Warm Water 
2 TBSP Sugar
 3 TBSP Dry Yeast

Dough:
 1 Cup Canola Oil 
1 ½ Cup Sugar4 Cups Warm Water
 5lb Bag of high gluten (or bread) flour
 2 TSP Salt
 2 Eggs for egg wash
